Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima
Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima Grande Reserva White 2021, 75cl
At Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima we select the best grapes from
Códega-do-Larinho and Viosinho grape varieties to create our white wine
Grande Reserva. Pale yellow in colour, it is a wine of great intensity.
aromatic.
The aroma of ripe white fruits is balanced
with notes of citrus fruits that give it freshness. This set
gained complexity and volume in the mouth with fermentation and ageing
in French oak barrels with “batonnâge” until filling in
bottle.
The Grande Reserva is a more full-bodied wine, whose ageing has given
more complexity and balance.
